3S-Clean FAQ
No, and most of our customers prefer to do something else instead of wasting time watching the cleaner. You do need to let the cleaner in or provide clear entry instructions. After cleaning you can review the cleaning footage in your personal account.
Apart from you, only our authorized quality assurance staff. Footage is not sold and is not shared with any third parties for their own purposes. Photos are available to download and video clips for review in your personal account for 7 business days. After that, timelapse photos and video clips are automatically deleted no later than 10 business days after the service, while before/after photos and photos of broken or faulty items are kept securely in a restricted internal archive for 6 months and can be used as evidence in case of claims; if a claim is raised, the relevant Footage is retained until the matter is resolved.
You will be charged after cleaning is completed, not before. Currently we accept only card payments and we never ask for and do not accept cash. The invoice and other related documents are available in your personal account.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are subject to a flat €50 fee — we value your time and that of our staff.
