We have nothing to hide — every cleaning is documented with before/after photos and, if you wish, a time-lapse video clip. Review the Footage in your personal account for 7 business days after the service completion notification. Photos and clips are stored securely, are not sold and are not shared with third parties for their own purposes — and you are always in the know.

3S-Clean FAQ
No, and most of our customers prefer to do something else instead of wasting time watching the cleaner. You do need to let the cleaner in or provide clear entry instructions. After cleaning you can review the Footage in your personal account.
Apart from you, only the authorised members of our team who handle quality assurance. Footage is not sold and is not shared with any third parties for their own purposes. Photos are available to download and video clips for review in your personal account for 7 business days. After that, time-lapse photos and video clips are automatically deleted no later than 10 business days after the service completion notification, while before/after photos and photos of broken or faulty items are kept securely in a restricted internal archive for 6 months and can be used as evidence in case of claims; if a claim is raised, the relevant Footage is retained until the matter is resolved.
You will be charged after cleaning is completed, not before. We accept card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal, and we never ask for and do not accept cash. The invoice and other related documents are available in your personal account.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are subject to a flat €50 late cancellation fee — we value your time and that of our cleaners.
