Cleaning designed for first-time clients to establish a maintainable baseline level of cleanness for homes in normal condition.

Rule of thumb: Choose INITIAL if it's your first booking and your home is normally maintained (no heavy buildup).

An intensive deep cleaning to revitalize homes with heavy buildup from a long cleaning gap or after events.

Cleaning to make your home move-in ready or before handover to landlord
