Rule of thumb: Choose CORE if your home is in generally good shape and you want it to stay that way (recommended weekly or bi-weekly).
INITIAL
Cleaning designed for first-time clients to establish a maintainable baseline level of cleanness for homes in normal condition.
Includes all Core features, plus:
- KitchenDetailed wet cleaning of stove top, tiles/splash-back, cabinet fronts, extractor hood exterior with targeted degreasing where needed
- Bathroom & WCLimescale (normal household level) removal on taps, shower walls and tiles using professional-grade detergents
- Furniture SurfacesDetailed wiping of baseboards, lamp shade, picture frames, radiators (where accessible), cupboard fronts using mild detergent where needed
- WindowsWet wiping of sills and frames (no glass cleaning)
Rule of thumb: Choose INITIAL if it's your first booking and your home is normally maintained (no heavy buildup).
RESET
An intensive deep cleaning to revitalize homes with heavy buildup from a long cleaning gap or after events.
Includes all Initial features, plus:
- FloorsSpot removal of standard stains and edge/detail work where accessible using professional-grade detergent
- KitchenIntensive degreasing of stovetop area and grease-prone surfaces (extractor hood exterior, splash back, cabinet fronts) as far as standard methods allow
- Bathroom & WCIntensive limescale removal and detailing around fittings/edges where safe and accessible
- Furniture surfacesBuildup removal on high-touch surfaces (grease/dust layers) incl. baseboards, radiators (where accessible), cupboard fronts, worktops, tables; professional-grade detergents where required
- UpholsteryVacuuming of sofas/armchairs (surface only, no extraction)
- TrashDisposing of bottles, cans, and other light domestic garbage into building's containers
Rule of thumb: Choose RESET if there is visible buildup or proper cleaning has been neglected for an extended period.
HANDOVER
Cleaning to make your home move-in ready or before handover to landlord
Includes all Reset features, plus:
- BathroomHandover-grade descaling of fittings and tiles as far as standard methods allow (no disassembly)
- Cupboards & DrawersWet cleaning inside of empty cupboards and drawers in kitchen, bathroom, pantry
- OvenWet cleaning inside using professional-grade detergents as far as standard methods allow without disassembly
- Fridge/FreezerWet cleaning inside empty appliances using professional-grade detergents (freezer defrosted by client in advance)

3S-Clean FAQ
We do not handle hazardous waste removal, mould remediation and pest control, construction and renovation work, disinfection to infection-control standards, laundry and ironing, or moving furniture over 15 kg.
On average 3–4 hours depending on condition, pets, and cleaning frequency. Regular clients often require less time. For larger homes we may send more than one cleaner at the same time. The anticipated duration of service will be displayed when you book. In any case, you are not charged for our time — only for the work done.
